I had no prior deep knowledge of tea beside how to prepare a cup of tea. In order to not lose myself in the subject and tea being a plant, I decided to conduct my research following its life cycle from the seed to the used leaves.
After I gathered all the information I could find about tea, I organized them and wrote my memoire.
